LMaru brings with her over 15 years of experience in Real Estate sales and extensive experience in loan origination including but not limited to loan brokering procurement of new business underwriting of loans and training of new Loan Consultants. Maru launched her Real Estate career in 1998 as a Senior Loan Consultant for S & L Home Loans Inc. where she was named as one of the top producers in the Northern California branch. Ms. Francisco then embarked to form her own company in 2006 serving as a Principal Officer in charge of the Loan Department of Greenheights Investment Group Inc. She obtained her California Real Estate Salespersons License in 1998 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. She is fluent in English and Filipino languages. She is a very active community leader holding a position as the current President of FAREPA Bay Area (Filipino-American Real Estate Professionals Association-Bay Area) and formerly a Board of Director for the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco.
